Cancellation or modification is allowed without any penalty up to 24 hours before the arrival date. Cancellations after this tiem period No Show (unused reservations) will have a penalty equivalent to the value of the first night, this will be charged by debiting your credit card.
The cancellation of reservations can be made exclusively through the email reservas@hotelneivaplaza.com and will be validated when we confirmed the cancellation by a response mail.
• The hotel will have a maximum period of 30 days to return the money.
• Departure before the reserved date, the Hotel will charge for the early departure of the reserved date, the penalty corresponding to 100% of the value of one night plus taxes, if the departure has not been notified and confirmed before 24 hours to the Reception .
• Arrivals before the established time (Check In: 15:00) will be subject to availability and prior authorization from the Hotel Reception.
• Departures after the established time (Check Out: 13:00) must be authorized by the hotel. Otherwise, it will be subject to a charge corresponding to 50% of the applied rate plus taxes.
• The Hotel Insurance is not included in the rate, but will be included at the time of confirmation, the value is $ 5,042 COP per person per night and is optional. You must inform at the Check in case you do not want to take it.
